Farms & cottages

After enclosure of Lytham Hawes the land was drained, fenced and converted to farmland. Farms and cottages were erected.


The Old Cottage (demolished), Common Side (now Church Road, Ansdell) c1900.


Cottages & farms at Common Side c1903, (all but one demolished;  this is now Worsley Road, opposite the present Lytham St.Annes High School).
